MISHAWAKA - Services for Ilse Esch, 74, of 12396 Colby Drive, who died at 4:17 p.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Sacred Heart Basilica, South Bend. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, South Bend. There will be no visitation. Warner Funeral Home, Osceola, is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Salvation Army.

Mrs. Esch was born July 10, 1921, in Duisburg, Germany, and lived in South Bend since 1964. On Feb. 26, 1955, in Bonn, as Isle Braun, she married Dr. Harald E. Esch. He survives with a daughter, Iris Esch-Williams of Granger; a son, Wolfgang of Los Angeles; and a brother, Karl-Ernst Braun of Hanover, Germany. A son, Jan E., preceded in death. She was a graduate of Bonn (Germany) University with degree in medicine.
