SOUTH BEND - Esther A. Entzian, 89, formerly of Monroe Street, died at 4:25 p.m. Thursday in Transitional Health Services of South Bend after an illness. Mrs. Entzian retired as an auditor. She was born March 27, 1904, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident.

In 1945, in Crown Point, Ind., as Esther Farell, she married Otto Entzian Sr. He died in 1953. She is survived by two sisters, Edna Snyder of Mishawaka and Donna Green of South Bend; and a niece, Gloria Green of South Bend.

Private graveside services and burial will be Saturday in Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka. Hickey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
