Eleanor C. Emery, 92, of Preston Drive, passed away on Wednesday in Memorial Hospital of natural causes.

She was born to Rose and Frank Hosinski on March 11, 1909. They both preceded her in death.

She was married on April 22, 1931, to Everett F. Emery who passed away on January 10, 1950. She was also preceded in death by a son, Dennis J. Emery on July 18, 2000, and a granddaughter, Victoria Miller on December 30, 1999. She is survived by a daughter, Sharon Miller of South Bend; three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a brother, Dennis Hosinski of Michigan City, Ind.

She was a member of Harvest House, Apostleship of Prayer, St. Joseph Association and of St. Anthony's Church.

Cremation has already taken place. St. Joseph Funeral Home, 1827 E. Ireland Road, is in charge of arrangements. There will be a memorial mass in church at a later date.
