Edward Edgar Eccleston, 48, of 771 Lincolnway E., died at 5 p.m. Thursday in St. Joseph Hospital. He was born in Mystic, Conn., May 21, 1920. Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Gladys Brewer, of South Bend. Friends may call after 7 p.m. today at the Hollis Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home with rev. Joseph Kimble, of the Redeemer United Missionary Church, officiating. Burial will be in City Cemetery. He was a veteran of World War II and an employee of Crown Cleaners.
