George F. Eberhart, jr., 1402 East Jefferson boulevard, received
word Tuesday night of the death of his grandmother, Mrs. Roxy
Eberhart, aged 91, who had been living with her daughter,
Mrs. Sabra Cook, in Minneapolis.
The body will be brought to this city Friday afternoon for
funeral services and burial. Surviving besides the daughter and
grandson is a daughter-in-law, Mrs. George F. Eberhart, this
city.

Funeral services were conducted this afternoon in the Johnston
mortuary, Minneapolis, Minn., for Mrs. Roxy Eberhart, aged 91, of
Minneapolis, Minn., grandmother of George F. Eberhart, jr., 1402
East Jefferson boulevard. The body will be brought to this city
at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon and will be taken to the Bubb
chapel, where it may be viewed from 3 to 4 o'clock.
Rev. J. A. Burnett, D. D., pastor of First Prebyterian church,
will conduct a second service at 4 o'clock and burial will be in
the city cemetery. Pallbearers will be Hery C. Eggleston,
Robert S. McKnight, Fred J. Cook, James Russ, A. J.
Schindler and Fred Martin.
Mrs. Eberhart was born May 15, 1846, in Perry, O. She came to
Indiana when a small child and spent most of her life in this
community. She was married March 6, 1864, to Frederick G.
Eberhart, who died March 11, 1909. Mrs. Eberhart will be buried
beside her husband.
Mr. and Mrs. Eberhart had one daughter, Mrs. Sabra Cook, of
Minneapolis, who survives, and three sons, the late George F.
Eberhart, of this city, who died Nov. 1, and two others who died
at early ages. Surviving besides Mrs. Cook and Mr. Eberhart are
two other grandsons, Gordon Cook, of Minneapolis, and Russell
Eberhart, Pittsburgh, Pa., and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted at 4 o'clock this afternoon in
the Bubb chapel for Mrs. Roxy Eberhart, aged 91, of Minneapolis,
Minn., grandmother of George F. Eberhart, jr. Rev. J. A. Burnett,
D. D., pastor of First Presbyterian church, officiated and burial
was in the city cemetery.
