Ray Eberhart

MISHAWAKA - Services for Ray Eberhart, 86, of 15100 New Road, who died of natural causes at 8:05 p.m. Monday in his home, will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County Inc.

Mr. Eberhart was the owner of Eberhart Steel Products and Eberhart Farms. He was born Oct. 9, 1909, in Mishawaka. On Jan. 17, 1958, in South Bend, he married Peggy Zook. She died March 7, 1995. He is survived by four daughters, Debbie Eberhart of Goshen, Doris Peeples of California, Betty Smith of Mishawaka, and Linda Eberhart of Kentucky; nine sons, Terry and Kevin, both of Wakarusa, Ray, Mike, Robert, James, Robert T., and Larry, all of Mishawaka, and Fred of Kentucky; 26 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
