GRANGER - Timothy Leon Eaton, 29, of Granger, IN, died at 8:34 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2007, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident on Tuesday. Tim was born August 19, 1978, in Mishawaka, to Bruce L. and Brenda G. (Herndon) Eaton, and was a lifetime area resident.

On May 26, 2007, in Mishawaka, he married Jennifer S. (Dawson) Stewart, who survives. Also surviving are his children, Jordan and Hanna Stewart, Leah and Hailee Eaton, all at home; his parents, Bruce and Brenda Eaton of South Bend; three sisters, Tammy (David) Finch of Louisville, KY, Teresa (Jim) Tillman of Lakeville, IN, and Tara (Danny) Green of Battle Creek, MI; and his maternal grandmother, Myrtis Herndon of South Bend. Tim had been employed as an assemblyman at Forest River in Elkhart and AM General in Mishawaka. He was a member of Granger Community Church and UAW Local #5. He was well-known for his love of the outdoors and nature, and spent much of his spare time hunting and fishing. But the greatest joy in his life was his family with whom he was a devoted husband and father. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, in the Welsheimer Family Funeral Home North, 17033 Cleveland Road, with Rev. Mark Waltz of Granger Community Church officiating. Entombment will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call in the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at 2:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for the benefit of the children
