December 5, 1915 - September 8, 1995

SOUTH BEND – Services for Harry J. Early, Sr., 79, of 2702 Oak Leaf Cove, who died at 7am Friday, in St Joseph’s Medical Center after an illness, will be at 11am Monday in St Stanislaus Catholic Church. Burial will be in St Joseph Cemetery.

Friends may call from2 to 8pm Sunday in St Joseph Funeral Home, where a rosary will be said at 4pm.

Mr. Early retired from Bendix Corp. after forty-two years of service. He was born December 5, 1915, in Toledo OH, and had lived here since 1932.

On September 11, 1937, in South Bend, he married Dorothy Sobiech. She survives with two sons, Jerry and Fred, both of South Bend; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a sister Dorothy Hasting of Coleman MI; and two brothers, Raymond and Daniel, both of Toledo. He was a member of the church.
