SOUTH BEND -  James William Dvorak, 68, of East Ewing Avenue, died  Sunday in
Sunrise Health Care Center, Elkhart. survivors include two daughters, 
Cynthia Hines of Elkhart and Pamela Corkill of Boulder; two sons  Robert J.  of
Elkhart and Kevin J. of Mundelein, Ill.; a sister Suzanne Ferry of South  Bend;
and two brothers, William E. of Cassopolis and Richard P. of Niles.  Services
will be at 9 a.m. Thursday in St. Matthew Cathedral. Friends may call  from 2 to
4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today in Hickey Funeral Home, 3516 E.  Jefferson.
