Irene H. Dulcet, age 85, of South Bend, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2003, at 11 a.m. in her home. She was born on Jan. 17, 1917, in South Bend to Walter and Blanche (Kluska) Sniadecki, who preceded her in death. On Nov. 16, 1946, she married Sigmund S. Dulcet, who passed away on April 16, 1997. Also deceased is one brother, Bert Sniadecki and one sister, Helen Zielinski. Irene is survived by one daughter, Darlene (Terry) Nichols of South Bend; a son, Donald (Sherry) Dulcet of Mishawaka; three grandchildren, Danielle of Walled Lake, Mich., Leslee of South Bend, Lisa of Mishawaka; one great-granddaughter, Salem; two sisters, Carrie Lapczynski and Virginia Selig of South Bend; four brothers, Edward Sniadecki, Clem Sniadecki, Frank Sniadecki and Alfred Sniadecki, all of South Bend.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2003, from 2 to 8 p.m. in ST JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road. Rosary will be prayed at 11 a.m. in St. Stanislaus B & M Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend.
