Mrs. Ida Belle
Dudley, 72, of 717 Clinton St., died at 3:15pm Sunday in Memorial
Hospital after a years illness.
She was born in Hartford
City on July 26, 1892, and came to South Bend 47 years ago from
that city. Her husband, Burt Dudley, survives. Also
surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Fred Burner, of South Bend; two
sons, Harl of Cassopolis, and Earl of Granger; two sisters, Mrs.
Gertrude Palmer and Mrs. Lottie Zummwalt, both of Hartford City,
a brother, Claude Blake, of Logansport, eight grandchildren and
ten great grandchildren.
Friends may call
in the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home from 7pm today until 11:30am
Tuesday when the body will be taken to the Calvary Baptist Church
where services will be held at 1:30pm. Rev. Noel P. Irwin,
pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in St Joseph Memorial
Park. Pallbearers will be Lloyd Kline, Harry Kelsey, Garst
Parrott, Marvel Raker, George Billey and George Seifer.
