Funeral services for Sister Margaret Marie CSC, who died Saturday night in St. Mary’s Convent, will be held at 4:30 p.m. today in the Church of Our Lady of Loretto and burial will be in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery on the campus.

She was academic dean at the college prior to her election as Mother Provincial of the Eastern Province in 1951, She was born Margaret Mary Doyle in Hartford, Mich. in 1889. She entered the Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross in 1919 and made her profession of vows in 1921. She has been at St. Mary’s Convent since 1966.
