SOUTH BEND - Roviene Dougall, 78, of Hamilton Grove Retirement Community, New Carlisle, formerly of South Bend, died at 8:45 a.m. Sunday in St. Joseph's Medical Center. Mrs. Dougall was born Jan. 18, 1916, in Fountain County, Ind., and lived in South Bend since 1936, coming from Dana, Ind.

On July 15, 1939, in Mishawaka, as Roviene Fogleman, she married Donald S. Dougall. He died in 1981. She is survived by a daughter, Mary Kathryn Wickham of Granger; a son, James D. of Medford, Ore.; two grandchildren; a stepsister, Effie Mae LaBaw of Veedersburg, Ind.; and a brother, Donald Fogleman of Brooksville, Fla. She was a Sunday school teacher at River Park United Methodist Church for more than 30 years.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call an hour before services in the church. Hollis-Orvis-Palmer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
