Maj. Gene M. Donahue
Services for Maj. Gene M. Donahue,
53, of Wrightstown, N.J., formerly of South Bend, who died at
12:02 a.m. Saturday in Graduate Hospital of the University of
Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Christ
the King Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph
Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call from 6 to 8
p.m. Monday in Welsheimer Funeral Home North, 17033 Cleveland
Road, where a wake prayer will be at 7:30 p.m.
Maj. Donahue retired as a major from the Air
Force after 30 years of service and was employed as chief of data
processing for Base 10 Systems, Lawrenceville, N.J. He was
born Jan. 13, 1939, in South Bend [Indiana].
He is survived by a daughter, Anna M.
Donahue at home; three sons, Ronald S. and Charles L., both of
Hot Springs, Ark., and Richard L. of Fort Hood, Texas; three
grandchildren; and his fiance, Sharon Rajski of
Niles. He was a graduate of St. Joseph's High School.
