Mrs. Mary
Dombrowski, 76, of 1727 S Franklin St., was dead on arrival at 2:20pm
Thursday at Memorial Hospital. Death was attributed to a
heart attack suffered earlier that day in her home.
She was born February
11, 1888, in South Bend and married to Harry H. Dombrowski, who
died in 1957. She is survived by two sons, John F., at home
and Harry J, of Gary; a daughter, Mrs. Clara C. Edgell of
Chicago; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren; five
brothers, Sylvester, Steve, Howard, Joseph and Frank Cieslik, all
of South Bend, and a sister, Mrs. Stella Luczik of Orland IN.
Friends may call after 2pm Saturday at the Zahoran Funeral
Home. Services will be at 9am Monday in Our Lady of Hungary
Catholic Church with Rt Rev. Msgr John S Sabo, pastor,
officiating. Burial will be in St Joseph Cemetery. She
was a member of Post 272, American Legion Auxiliary, and the Gold
Star Mothers.
