SOUTH BEND - Mr. Billy Ray Dillard, 47, of South Bend, passed away February 6, 2010. He leaves to cherish his loving memories four brothers, Mr. Jessie Dillard, Mr. Charles (Aletha) Dillard, Mr. Alfred Dillard and Mr. John (Katina) Dillard; three sisters, Mrs. Geraldin Thomas, Mrs. Esther Dillard and Pam Dillard; and a special friend, David Walton. Services for Mr. Billy Ray Dillard will be on Saturday: visitation 9 a.m. and funeral services at 10 a.m. in the Clark-O'Neal Funeral Home Inc., 2702 Lincoln Way West, South Bend.
