Walter A. Diemer, 80, of 18187 Bulla Rd., died this
morning in Memorial Hospital after an illness of two months. He
was a retired employee of the Studebaker Co. He was born Aug. 30,
1892 in South Bend, and had lived here all his life.
On Nov. 18, 1956 in South Bend he was
married to Hattie Goen, who survives. Also surviving are
two daughters, Mrs. Bea Wilson of South Bend, and Mrs.
Evelyn Spicer of Bremen; 11 grandchildren; and seven
great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the McGann
Funeral Home.

DIEMER - Services for Walter A. Diemer, 80, of 18187 Bulla
Rd., who died Friday in Memorial Hospital, will be at 11 a.m.
Monday at the McGann Funeral Home. Rev. Carl Ricks, pastor of the
Sumption Prairie United Methodist Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park. Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Survivors include a stepson, Al M. Mitchell
of Mishawaka.
