Cathryn A. Diehl (Nov. 2, 1948 -- Nov. 4, 2003).
Cathryn Ann Diehl, 55, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 4, in Lakeland Specialty Hospital, Berrien Center, Mich.
Cathryn was born on Nov. 2, 1948, in Benton Harbor, Mich., to Robert and Norma (Payne) Diehl, who survive her in New Troy, Mich. Cathryn graduated from New Troy High School in 1966, and then from Lake Michigan College.
Cathryn is also survived by two sisters, Roberta (Harold "Jim") Case of Dowagiac, Mich., and Victoria (Michael) Hamilton of St. Joseph, Mich.; one niece, Janice (Jason) Shei of LaPorte, Ind.; one nephew, James (Amanda) Case of Coloma, Mich.; and one grand-niece, Sidney Shei of LaPorte. She leaves behind many special friends and caregivers at Lakeland Specialty Hospital in Berrien Center.
Memorial services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, in the Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan, Mich., and will be officiated by Pastor Arthur McCrum of Grace Brethren Church, New Troy.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Long Term Care Unit Activity Fund at Lakeland Specialty Hospital, Berrien Center, or to the charity of donor's choice.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hoven Funeral Home.
