Willa Dick

SOUTH BEND - Willa Dick, 90, of St. Paul's Retirement Community, died at 11:23 p.m. Tuesday in her home.

Mrs. Dick was born Dec. 29, 1904, in Johnstown, Pa. On July 18, 1923, in Anderson, Ind., as Willa Judy, she married Frederick S. Dick. He died in 1994. Surviving are a daughter, Lois Haines of South Bend; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was a member of Hilltop Lutheran Church and the Progress Club, and a former member of Order of Eastern Star.

Private services were in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Welsheimer Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the church or the Shriners' Hospital for Crippled Children.
