SOUTH BEND - Rose Anne Devereau, 55, died Wednesday in Hospice House of St. Joseph County. Survivors include her husband, Richard J. "Rick"; her mother and stepfather, Patricia and Bill Engle; two brothers, Garnel Handshoe Jr. and George A. Brumbaugh II; a sister, Catherine (Brumbaugh) Keck; and two half brothers, Marshall and Jeffrey Brumbaugh. Services will be Wednesday, July 14, at 11 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Kendallville. Calling will be Tuesday, July 13, from 4 to 8 p.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville, where there will be a vigil at 7 p.m.
