NEW CARLISLE - Martha De Neve, 81, of U.S. 20 West, died Sunday in St. Joseph's Medical Center, South Bend. Services and visitation will be Tuesday in Henderson Makuchan Ketterer Funeral Home, Conemaugh, Pa. St. Joseph Funeral Home, South Bend, is in charge of arrangements.
