Germaine (Caryn) DeLodder, 101, of Darden Road, formerly of East Colfax Avenue, died Monday evening, Oct. 7, in Healthwin Hospital.

Germaine worked for Robertson's Department Store for several years. She was born Aug. 25, 1901, in Belgium, and had lived in South Bend, Ind., since the age of 19. She married Aime DeLodder in South Bend, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, James Pinter on Sept. 3, 1988. She is survived by a daughter, Julia (Nicholas) Pinter of South Bend; a grandson, Thomas Pinter; and by four great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11, in the HICKEY Funeral Home, 17131 Cleveland Road, 289-1000. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until services Friday in the funeral home.
