MISHAWAKA -- Larry E. DeGraff, 69,
passed away Thursday, September 13, 2007, in Fountainview Place,
Mishawaka. Larry retired from South Bend Plastic. He was born on
February 14, 1938, in South Bend, IN, to Grant and Bessie (Mead)
DeGraff, and was a lifelong resident.
He is survived by his sister-in-law,
Virginia DeGraff of South Bend; a sister, Virginia (T.J.) Bruce
of Virginia; and three daughters, Peggy (Lester) Singleton,
Janet DeGraff and Patty Jo (Tracy) Somers, all of South
Bend. Also surviving are six grandchildren and five
great-grandchildren. Larry was preceded in death by two sisters,
Janet Damp and Kay Massengale; three brothers,
Earl, Ralph and Carney DeGraff; and by a granddaughter. He was an
avid country music fan, played the spoons and enjoyed riding
horses.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.
Monday, September 17, 2007, in Palmer Funeral Home-River Park,
2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend, where friends may visit from
noon to 2 p.m.
