Brother David Daniel DeCuir CSC, 48, died at 11 a.m. Monday at Dujarie House, Holy Cross Brothers Center, after an illness. He was born Sept. 2, 1938 in Baton Rouge, La. He became a novice Aug. 13, 1985, and professed his vows in the Congregation of Holy Cross on Aug. 9, 1986.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Chapel, Brothers Center. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery at Brothers Center. Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the Brothers Center Chapel, where a wake services will be at 7:30 p.m.
