Tracy Lynne Dean, 35, of South Bend, Ind, died after an illness on Sunday morning, Nov. 15, in Saint Joseph's Regional Medical Center, South Bend. She was born in South Bend and attended John Marshall School and then Bolingbrook High School in Bolingbrook, Ill. She later lived in Oswego and Aurora, Ill., before returning to South Bend in 1992. Tracy worked in retail sales. She was a member of the First Brethren Church of South Bend.
She is survived by her mother, Connie Dean, and sister, Kimberly Dean, both of Anaheim Hills, Calif.; her father, Donald Dean of Elkhart, Ind.; her grandmother, Marcelle Gibbons/Nagy, and stepgrandfather, Alex Nagy of South Bend; and her great-uncles and aunts, Norman and Margaret Henry of South Bend, and Robert and Maxine Henry of Osceola, Ind.
Services for Tracy Lynne Dean will be held at 11 a.m. today at the Guisinger Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 3718 S. Michigan Street, South Bend. Officiating will be Rev. Larry Baker of the the First Brethren Church of South Bend. Cremation will then take place, followed by burial in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger, Ind. There will be visitation one hour prior to service time. Memorial donations may be made to the the First Brethren Church of South Bend, 4909 S. Ironwood Drive, South Bend, IN 46614.
