Timothy Wayne Davis, 34, of East Indiana Avenue, South Bend,  Ind., passed away in his residence at 6 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 8, after an illness.

Mr. Davis was born on Nov. 6, 1962, in Niles, Mich., and was a lifelong area resident. He was employee as a waiter at Holly's Landing Restaurant.

He is survived by his parents Mildred E. and Billy H. Davis, of Niles; two brothers, Tom E. of Somerset, Ky., and John H. of Niles; and his significant other, Lee O'Connor of South Bend.

Mr. Davis was a graduate of Nile High School and Southwestern Michigan College.

Services will be at  10 a.m. on Tuesday in the Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 North Main St., Mishawaka, Ind., where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger, Ind.
