SOUTH BEND – Marde J. Danielowicz, 62, of South Bend, passed away after an extended illness at 10:50pm Sunday, September 16, in Cardinal Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Mrs. Danielowicz was born on January 19, 1945, in South Bend, and had resided in the Michiana area her lifetime.  On July 13, 1974, in South Bend, as Marde J. Myers, she married Stephen W. Danielowicz, who preceded her in death on October 7, 1985.  Marde is survived by a loving daughter, Tricia A. (Ted Sult) Danielowicz of North Liberty IN; a sister, Vicki J. Higginbotham of South Bend; and three brothers, Brent A. (Sharon) Myers of South Bend, Randy J. (Patricia) Myers of Osceola IN, and Dennis D. Myers of Mishawaka IN.

Marde was an avid pet lover, loved crafts and crocheting, and loved her music.  She was a loving wife, mother and sister who fought the good fight during her ailing years.  She will be sadly missed by her loving family and the numerous friends she made during her life journey.  Death leaves a heartache. No one can heal, Love leaves a memory, No one can steal.  The family requests that all memorial contributions be made to The Center for Hospice and Palliative Care, Inc., 111 Sunnybrook Court, South Bend IN 46637.
