SOUTH BEND Dustin S. Cusack, 57, of South Bend,
passed away on Friday, December 26, in his office after suffering
an apparent heart attack. Mr. Cusack was born on January 21,
1951, in Miami, FL, and had resided in the South Bend area since
1983. On January 9, 1999, in South Bend, he married the former,
Jewel Ann Schiermeyer, who survives. Also surviving are
two daughters, Catelyn M. Cusack, Columbus, Ohio, and Carlyn K.
Cusack of San Antonio, TX; three sons, Cason N. (Kaela) Cusack of
Oren, Utah, Corydon S. Cusack of Columbus, Ohio, and Caleb S.
Cusack of Deltona, Florida; two sisters, June C. (Lindberg) Williams
of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Trudy J. (Jerry) Rollison of
Varksdale, TX; and a brother, Terry L. (Kay) Cusack of
Douglasville, GA. At the time of death, Mr. Cusack was employed
by Emsco Corp. in Indianapolis, Indiana, as a salesman.
Visitation hour will be from 9-10 a.m. Friday and burial to follow at Washington Park, North Cemetery, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The family request that all memorial contributions be made to the Boy Scouts of America, 1340 South Bend Ave., South Bend, IN 46617. The HANLEY and Sons "Southwest Chapel" Funeral Home handled arrangements and extend its deepest sympathy to the Cusack family.
