SOUTH BEND - Theodore M. (Komasinski) Cummins, 82, of Transitional Health Services of South Bend, died at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph's Medical Center. Mr. Cummins was born Dec. 10, 1912, in South Bend.

He is survived by two sisters, Genevieve Jean Bognar of South Bend and Leona D. Holewinski of Mishawaka. He was a member Holy Name Society of St. Hedwig Catholic Church.

Private services and burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Kaniewski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Name Society or the church.
