Ivan "Bob" Cummings, formerly of South Bend, passed away August 24, 2001, in Tampa, Florida.

Bob was born May 22, 1914, in Springfield, Illinois, to Matthew and Vicey Jane now deceased. He was the last born of 13 children.

Also deceased is Bob's loving wife, Juliann (Pecze - April, 1982). He is survived by four children, Barbara J. Tharp (Bruce) of Granger and Ivan J. Cummings of Tampa, Florida, Alice Filvk (Harv) of Del Mar, California and Bob Peters of Oceanside, California; two grandchildren, Qunicy Tharp of Toledo, Ohio and Cal Tharp (home).

Bob was retired from the United States Marine Corps and the Fuller Brush Company. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Post 357, a Shriner and a member of Memorial Presbyterian Church.
