Sister Mary Anne CSC, of the Holy Cross. Died Thursday afternoon at Saint Mary’s Convent, after an extended illness. She was born in Hancock, Mich. in 1866, the daughter of Michael Cuddihy and Bridget McGrath Cuddihy. She entered the Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross in 1889; received the holy habit in 1890 and made her profession of final vows in 1892. Prior to her illness she had been missioned in convents of the midwestern and eastern provinces. Surviving is a niece, Sister M. Agnes CHM of Marycrest College in Davenport, Ia.

A requiem high mass will be offered at 6 a.m. Saturday in the Church of Our Lady of Loretto. Friends may call in the convent parlor.
