Sister Mary de Chantel CSC, 84, of
Saint Mary’s Convent, died in the convent infirmary this
morning. She was a member of the St. Mar’y community for 65
years. She was born in Limerick, Ireland, June 26, 1861 as
Johanna F. Cronin.
Funeral services will be in the Chapel of
the Immaculate Conception Tuesday morning with burial in the
community cemetery.
