  On last Sunday morning at 9 o'clock of lingering Consumption, GABRILLA McCARTNEY, wife of Harrison Crockett of this place.

  [Gabrilla A (McCartney) Crockett b: abt 1827 in Ohio d: 12 Dec 1858 in South Bend, Ind. Daughter of South Bend judge, miller and farmer William C McCartney and Margery. William and Margery had 12 children. All reportedly died of consumption/TB, the eldest in his 40s. Gabrilla was the second wife of South Bend businessman Harrison Marion Crockett, Sr. Gabrilla was buried in City Cemetery in South Bend. Headstone was likely installed by a later generation as dates are incorrect.]
