SOUTH BEND - Miss Fredice Cressy, 68, of 1127 N. St. Peter Street, died at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph Hospital, after a years illness. She was a retired employee of Wyman’s Department Store. She was born in South Bend, March 11, 1893 and lived here all her life. Surviving are three brothers, Clem G. Cressy and Ralph J. Cressy, both of South Bend, and Thornton A. Cressy of Hillsdale, Mich’

Friends may call after 7 p.m. today in the residence. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday in St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Thomas F. Peyton CSC, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Thursday in the residence. Arrangements are being handled by Walsh-Bilancio Colonial Chapel.
