Sister M. Anne Pierre CSC, 73, of the Holy Cross Provincial House, died at 8:40 a.m. Sunday in St. Joseph Hospital in South Bend, after a brief illness. She was born Anna Mariam Cox in Chicago in 1893. She professed her vows in 1927.

Services will be at 6:40 a.m. Tuesday in the Church of Loretto, with burial in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery at St. Mary’s. Friends may call at the convent parlor until 8 p.m. today.
