Word has been received of the death of Mrs. JoAnn B. Couch, 62, of Prescott, Arizona formerly of South Bend, who died Wednesday afternoon at Yavapai Community Hospital, Prescott, following a lengthy illness.  Services will be held at 10 AM Saturday at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church in Chino Valley, Arizona, with Rev. Philip Reiser, pastor, officiating.  Burial will be in Chino Valley Cemetery.  There will be no visitation, although a rosary will be recited at 10 PM today in the church.  The Arizona Ruffner Funeral Home, Prescott, is handling arrangements.  Mrs. Couch was born on October 31, 1920, in South Bend and lived in the South Bend and Edwardsburg areas until 1972 when a she moved to Arizona.  On November 23, 1939, in South Bend, as JoAnn Bevier, she married James C. Couch, who survives.  She is also survived by a son, James D. Couch of Chino Valley; three grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Frances Pearch of Glendale, Arizona.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
