SOUTH BEND - Donald S. Cottrell, 86, passed away Thursday, in Ironwood Health and Rehabilitation. Mr. Cottrell is survived by his wife, Ruth Barbara (Simmerman) Cottrell; son, Patrick D. (Gloria) Cottrell of South Bend; grandson, Paul (Lenore) Cottrell of Cave Springs, AR; great granddaughter, Juliana Cottrell and brother, Eldon "John" Senour of South Bend. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, in the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St. Friends may visit with the family from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to the services on Monday in the funeral home.
