December 11, 1967 – November 10, 2001

Lisa passed away in her home in South Bend IN, on Saturday, November 10, after an extended illness.

She was born in Ft. Collins CO, was a 1986 graduate of John Adams High School, and attended Indiana University, South Bend.

Lisa enjoyed performing with Beyond Our Control, Canterbury Theatre, and was a member of the Little Flower Catholic Church choir.  She was also a volunteer at Legal Services.

Lisa is survived by her parents, Ralph and Linda Costello, both of South Bend; her paternal grandmother, Alice Costello; and aunts and uncle, Toni Slabaugh; and Paul & Esther Costello; cousins, Gina Costello, Becky MacDonald, Kathy Crimmins, Amy Costello, Laura Costello, Paul Costello, Ken Costello, Stacy Nowinski and their families; and by special friends, Erin Randolph, Jeffrey Eslinger and Matthew Webster.

Lisa was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Tom & Winnie Tobin; and by her paternal grandfather Joseph Costello.

A memorial Mass will be held at 1pm Friday, November 16, in Little Flower Catholic Church.  In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the charity of your choice.
