SOUTH BEND - Glenna A. Cooper (Heilman), 92, formerly of Dale Avenue, South Bend, Ind., passed away at 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, in the St. Joseph Medical Center.

Mrs. Cooper retired in 1971 from Memorial Hospital.

She was born on Sept. 7, 1905, in Kentland, Ind., to Abraham and Mary Heilman, who both preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters; and by a son, William Cooper, who died in April 1995.

She is survived by a daughter, Joan Motts of South Bend; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and by 19 nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 1 p.m. on Monday in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 S. Kemble Avenue, with the Rev. Thomas Shoemaker officiating. Burial will follow in the Southlawn Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday in the funeral home.
