SOUTH BEND – Vernon E. Cool, 39,
1014 North Huey Street, died Sunday morning at 11 a.m. at
Healthwin Hospital following a 14 month illness with
tuberculosis. He was born in this city Jan. 30, 1883, and had
lived here all his life. Surviving are his wife Laura; two
children, and several brothers and sisters.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m.
in the residence, Rev. R. Hockholl of Mishawaka officiating.
Burial will be in City Cemetery.
