Brother Amadeus Connor CSC, 56, of Lakewood, Ohio, died Wednesday in Lakewood of natural cause. He was born Nov. 12, 1921 in Chicago. He received his religious habit on Aug. 15, 1942, and made his profession of vows on Aug. 16, 1946. He was a cook assigned to Watertown, Wis,; and St. Joseph Novitiate at Rolling Prairie; and Columbo Hall; and Holy Cross Brothers Center, Notre Dame. He was currently at St, Edward’s High School in Lakewood. Surviving is a sister, Sister Mary Noretta CSC.

A wake will be at 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday in the Holy Cross Brothers Center. A service will be in Chapel of St. Joseph at the Brothers Center at 3 p.m. Saturday, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery on the campus of Holy Cross Junior College.
