Patricia A. Connon

March 19, 1930 - Oct. 14, 2000

Patricia Ann Connon, 70, of Silver Pheasant Dr., Osceola, passed away Saturday, Oct. 14, in her residence. Patricia formerly lived on N. State St. in Mishawaka.

Patricia was born to Mr. Felix and Monetes (Lowman) Callsen on March 19, 1930, in South Bend. On Aug. 19, 1950, at the First Christian Church in Mishawaka, Patricia married Richard Connon.

She was very active in the Mishawaka PTA Council in a leadership position for many years. She was the president of her Sunday school class at the First Christian Church of Mishawaka, where she was a lifelong member and volunteered her time to the food pantry.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and is survived by her husband, Richard, and their four children; Robert L. (Dana) Connon of St. Louis, Mo., Thomas (Sue) Connon, O.D., of Dayton, Ohio, Judy (Julian) Wills, of Mishawaka, and Richard (Lori) Connon, of Dallas, Texas. Patricia is also survived by eight grandchildren, Tracy, Kaitlyn, Micaela, Michael, Todd, Erena, Nathan and Austin. Patricia is also survived by a step-brother, Harry Wellman of Mishawaka.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 16, in the Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17 at the First Christian Church, 2511 E. Third St., Mishawaka, with Dr. M. Gregory Timmons officiating. Burial will follow at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorial contributions be made to the Indiana Chapter Cystic Fibrosis in the name of Georgia Bray.
