Marguerite L. Colley

March 1, 1926 - Oct. 21, 2001

Marguerite Louise Colley, 75, of Elm Road, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away after a lengthy illness at 3:35 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 21, in the Holy Cross Rehabilitation Center, South Bend, Ind.

Marguerite was born on March 1, 1926, in Mishawaka, to the late Martin H. and Clara M. (Snyder) Mahler.

On June 10, 1945, in St. Monica Church, Marguerite married Arthur Richard Colley Jr. He survives. She is also survived by two daughters, Karen Yazback of South Bend and Carol Burkhart of Elkhart, Ind.; three grandchildren, Lisa Bloss and Ramzy Yazback of South Bend, and Shadya Yazback of Cleveland, Ohio; two great- grandchildren, Taylor and Hannah Bloss of South Bend; two sisters, Betty Lewis and Rosalee Mahler of Mishawaka; and three brothers, Richard and Robert Mahler of Mishawaka, and Carl Mahler of Arizona.

Marguerite was a 1944 graduate of Mishawaka High School, and was a member of the V.F.W. Post 360 Ladies Auxiliary.

Services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, in the Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home, where friends visited M arguerite's family from noon until the service. Interment followed at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola, Ind.
