MISHAWAKA - Mr. Quentin LaVell Cole departed from this
life at 10:39 p.m., on Sunday, April 20 in St. Joseph Regional
Medical Center. Quentin, 52 was a resident of North Logan Street,
Mishawaka. On October 9, 1955 in South Bend, Quentin was born to
James Russell and JoAlice (Thomas) Cole. Quentin was a
graduate of John Adams High School. He was a self-employed
landscaper. His hobbies included fishing, barbecuing and
gardening.
Beloved family members who survive to
cherish his memory include two daughters, Dalilah Armstrong
of Elkhart, Latasha Cole of Janesville, WI; two sons, Romero
Addrone Cole of South Bend and Quentin L. Cole Jr. of
Indianapolis; 16 grandchildren; four sisters, Maxine Hampton
of Conway, AR, and JoAlice (Billy) Nailon, Johnise Bloch
and Kyna Glass of South Bend; five brothers, Keith (Robin)
Bloch of Harve DeGrace, MD, Ronald Russell Cole of South Bend,
Jeffery Cole and Michael Cole of Akron, OH, and James Ernest Cole
of Galesburg, IL; and a special friend, Kerry Wyman of
South Bend, along with other relatives and friends. A brother,
William Bloch, preceded him in death.
Funeral services for Mr. Cole will be held
at 1 p.m. Monday in Alford's Mortuary with Reverend Mark Griggs
officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to services in
Alford's Mortuary where arrangements have been entrusted.
