DeWitt C. Cole

July 16, 1835 – January 5, 1914

DeWitt C. Cole, aged 79 years, died Monday at his home in Plymouth IN, following an illness of many years with paralysis.

He was born July 16, 1835, in Greenville OH and lived for many years at North Liberty.  He had also served a term as councilman during his residence in Plymouth.

The surviving children are Mrs. Alma Hay and Mrs. Alice Warlich of South Bend and Mrs. Sarah L. Reece, of North Liberty. 

Short services will be held at the residence tomorrow and the body will be taken to North Liberty where the funeral will be held from the Methodist Church at 2 o’clock.  Burial will be in the North Liberty Cemetery.
