Frances A. Chmilewski, 83, of Healthwin Hospital, died there at 12:40 pm Saturday.  She was born July 26, 1901, in South Bend and lived here all of her life.  On June 23, 1924, in Suth Bend, as Frances A. Walinski, she married John Chmilewski, who died June 11, 1980.  She is survived by a daughter, Doris M. Marshall of South Bend; a son, Robert of South Bend; four grandchildren; Three great grandchildren; and a sister, Clara Artt of Vero Beach, Florida

Services will be at 10 am Wednesday in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.  Friends may call from  3 to 9 pm. Tuesday in Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be recited.  Mrs. Chmilewski was a member of the church
