SOUTH BEND - Frankie A. "Boots" Chiszar II, age 40, of
Clearwater, FL formerly of South Bend passed away on November 5,
2009. Boots was born June 3, 1969, to Kimberly Miller and Frankie
A. Chiszar. He leaves behind his mother, Kimberly E. Bingaman;
stepfather Gary G. Bingaman; sons, Zachary A. Chiszar (Briana)
and Frankie A. Chiszar III, grandsons, Nicholas and Hunter; his
sister Ann (son Logan) Bingaman; brothers Gary (Clara) Bingaman,
Douglas (daughter Ayrien) Bingaman, and Gregory (Melissa)
Bingaman; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Also his lifelong friend and Godmother Kate Johnson as well as
uncle Greg Batalis, cousins Billy, Shad and Amanda Chiszar and
fiancée Kara Schock He was preceded in death by his father,
Frankie A. Chiszar on April 1, 1988 and both maternal and
paternal grandparents. He will be truly missed by the many family
members and friends he left behind and joyfully welcomed into
eternal life by family and friends who have gone before. Frankie
had a loving and generous spirit. Even in death he lives on
through several recipients of organ donations. He never knew a
stranger and was quick to help anyone who needed something. His
smile and manner lit up a room when he entered. Frankie loved
Notre Dame and the Green Bay Packers as well as the Chicago Cubs.
He had a passion for collecting Hot Wheels cars and motorcycle
memorabilia. His quick wit and charm brought smiles to the faces
of many. Above all he loved his family and friends. Though he
left us way too soon, we know we will see him again. Frankie, we
will always love and miss you. A memorial service will be held
3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 29th in the Welsheimer Family Funeral
Home, 521 N. William St. The family will receive friends in the
funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service
at 3:00. A private funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m.
Monday, November 30th at St. Puis X Catholic Church, 52553 Fir
Rd., Granger, IN. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may
be made to Pet Refuge, 2300 W. 6th St., Mishawaka, IN, 46544.
