SOUTH BEND - Services for Mosses Jessy Conrad Chism, son of La Shea Gee and Derrick Conrad Chism of 3306 Vermont Place, who was dead at birth on Tuesday in Memorial Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Alford's Mortuary. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 1:30 p.m. until services in the funeral home.

Mosses is survived by his parents and three sisters, D'Nasia, Marilyn and Myrtice Chism, all of South Bend; maternal grandfather, Charles Gee of Evansville, Ind.; and paternal grandparents, Judy and George Chism of South Bend.
