SOUTH BEND - Judith Anne Weber Case,
48, passed away at 6 p.m. on Monday, November 3, in Memorial
Hospital, South Bend. Judith was born on June 25, 1960 in
Chicago, IL, to Ronald W. and Theresa (Carlascio) Weber.
On August 19, 1978, she married David M. Case in Merrillville,
IN. Judith was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Weber on
June 8, 2005; and a daughter, Allison M. Case. She is survived by
her husband, David of South Bend; her mother, Theresa of Crown
Point, IN; daughters, Emily M. Case and Erin E. Case, both of
South Bend; sisters, Loretta (Stephen) Bannwart of
Michigan City, IN, Katherine (James) Vogel of Virginia
Beach, VA, Margaret (Steven) Barding of Hogansville, GA;
and a brother, Paul (Nina) Weber of Crown Point. She was employed
by Freeman Spicer Financial Services as an Administrative
Assistant. She was member of the Deep River Church of Christ of
Merrillville, IN and First United Methodist Church of South Bend.
Judith was a former member of New Direction Choir. She and David
were active in the Ross Summer Music Theater in Merrillville, IN,
Co-directed many plays and theater productions together at the
South Bend Civic Center, and the South Bend Morris Performing
Arts Center in South Bend, and the South Bend School Corporation
in Riley High School and Clay High School. She was a BETA SIGMA
PHI.
Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on Thursday, November 6 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 1827 E. Ireland Road, South Bend. A funeral service will be celebrated at 11 a.m. (Central Standard Time on Friday Nov. 7 in the Deep River Church of Christ, 7500 Grand Blvd., Merrillville, IN with visitation two hours prior in the church. Entombment will follow at Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso, IN. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Judy Case Benefit Fund or to the family.
