SOUTH BEND — Colleen Gail Carroll, 7 weeks old, passed away at 7:45 p.m. Monday February 18, 2002, at Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis, Ind. Baby Colleen was born on December 27, 2001, in South Bend and lived with her loving mother, Christine G. Carroll and her brother, Brandon R. Carroll, at home. Also surviving are her maternal grandparents, John and Jane Carroll, South Bend. Several aunts and uncles.

Visitation hours for Baby Colleen will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today, February 21st at Hanley & Sons "Southwest Chapel" Funeral Home located at West Ireland Road/Ind. 23, South Bend. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, Feb. 22nd in North Liberty United Methodist Church. Friends may call one hour prior to service time in the church. Pastor, Fred Stayton will officiate. Burial will follow at Westlaw Cemetery, North Liberty. The family request that all memorial contributions be made to: Ronald McDonald House, 435 N. Limestone St., IU Medical Center, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The HANLEY & Sons "Southwest Chapel" Funeral Home handled arrangements and services and extend deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers to the Carroll family.
